Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for home delivery?
5-7 days to get delivered. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time and date.
Can I pick up from the store?
Yes we will give you a call when your order is ready to pickup.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number and Bill of Lading will be provided along with the link to track your order within 24 hours or shipping.
How will my order be received?
Your kennel will arrive crated, and ready to use. Please make sure that your kennel will fit through your front door. Please measure door openings ensure fitment.
Where is my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks to complete your order. These are handmade and we want to ensure the best quality build for our customers. You will get updated weekly on the progress of your order.
Can I have an update on my order status?
Updates will be provided once a week along the build, also on completion to ensure everything is the way you like.
Can we make alterations to our order?
Yes, with in 3 – 4 business days after your order has been placed. Please email us with the changes or alterations to your order.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Do you accept returns?
We don’t except any exchanges or returns. These items are built to order.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are custom made to order, if you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Once we begin cutting materials for order, we can’t process a refund.
What do I do if I have received a damaged item?
If your crate arrives damaged, send us photos of the crate and kennel and reach out within 24 hours, and make note with the shipping company if possible. That way we can do our best to help.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a payment method that increases sales and order volumes by enabling shoppers to “Buy Now, Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. We break down the total cost of an order into smaller, more manageable installments – most commonly, 4 equal payments, each two weeks apart.
